Established in 2009, Venturis Capital is a private real estate investment firm based in New York City that specifically targets distressed real estate debt.
Purchasing Strategy includes specifically the acquisition of Distressed Residential and Commercial Debt. Acquisition programme is based on the following criteria:

Unleveraged returns of 25% + IRR.

A capital appreciation on exit of a minimum of 2.5 x the initial investment.

Acquisition target price of 15% - 30% of current market value for residential and commercial debt.
Venturis Capital and Venturis Inc is part of the Venturis group of companies.
Venturis Investments is a commercial real estate investment and development company established in 2001 by Daniel Harris. To Date, Venturis Investments has purchased and manages a commercial and industrial portfolio in the order of £50m located through-out the UK. In December 2007 Venturis Investments along with its founder Daniel Harris set up Venturis Inc, the sister company based out of New York. Venturis Inc. will focus on building and asset managing a commercial portfolio of multi-let ‘value add’ opportunities, centrally located, within major cities along the Eastern Seaboard with a focus on New York, Boston, Washington DC and Chicago.
